ASSEMBLY DETAILS
- Duration:
- The duration of Robin's assemblies is determined by the audience. Typically, however, Robin's standard presentation length is 40- to 45-minutes, plus time for questions and answers. Where timetables are limited, the assembly can be shortened; and where additional time is available, the question and answer period can be extended. The question and answer period has been known to extend to 20- or 30-minute discussions at some schools.
- Room:
- Robin is accustomed to speaking to large audiences in auditoriums, halls, and gyms, as well as to smaller groups in libraries, classrooms, and clubs. The principal requirement is the ability to darken the room for video projection purposes. The darkening of the room at the end of the room where the screen is positioned is important so that pictures are brightly visible to the audience.
- Equipment:
- Robin provides his own slide and video projection equipment and cables. He usually arrives at the venue 45 to 60 minutes before his scheduled presentation time so as to have sufficient time to set up his projectors.
